|Grace Family Church
Continue in prayer for our church. We all foresee
great things in the future for Grace Family Church Assembly of God.
Pray for the growth of our assembly and for us to reach the thousands
upon thousands of un-churched people in York County.
the Lord Jesus Christ and often they are not even aware that Jesus is
what they are searching for and longing for. If everyone who does
not regularly attend any church in Maine, New Hampshire and Vermont
suddenly all showed up at our district's Assemblies of God churches,
each church body would be inundated with more than 35,000 people
each. There are a lot of people to reach. Please be in
prayer for our church.
Many members and adherents of Grace Family Church have met financial
difficulties with this significant downturn in our economy. Please
be in prayer for the financial needs of the church body.
Please be in prayer for the missionaries that we support
financially. James 5:16 reminds us that the prayer of a righteous
man is powerful and effective. Our missionaries need our regular
financial support to help plan their ministries. Their children's
education, their cost of living, food and shelter expenses as well as their
vehicular and travel expenses all are needs that have to be met. But they also need
prayers from us as well.
If you can give a contribution to missions this month, please do so
at church on Sunday morning. If you cannot make it to our church,
you may give to the missionaries that we support through our 'Missions'
Let all of us be in prayer for those who
are in need of a better financial situation. There have been so
many job losses in the area and within the church body. Let's be there for our friends and
neighbors as the Lord enables.
|Pastor David and Martha
Please be in constant prayer for Pastor David and Martha. They
need our prayers as they help steer Grace Family Church onto the path
set before us and as our church grows. God has a plan for us to
reach our community effectively with the love and grace of Jesus Christ.
|New Fire Youth Group
Pray for our Youth Group as we seek a new leader!
Pray for all of the Sunday
School teachers, volunteers and especially the children of Grace Family
Church. Our children represent the future of Christianity in
America. If you feel led to help out with our Sunday School,
please see Pastor David for how you can help.
|GFC Deacon Board
Please be in prayer for the members of the Board at Grace Family
Church. Help the board
members live up to the high standards set for Deacons and Overseers in 1st
Timothy 3 and in Titus
1. Pray for the church and Pastor Stanly as we help to
steer and guide Grace Family Church in the direction that God desires
for us. We want to be in the center of His will. Be in
prayer that God will place His hands on our shoulders and point us in
the direction that He wants us to go. We want to be willing clay
in the hands of the Potter.
If you have a prayer need and would like the church to pray for you
and your family, please send it to firstname.lastname@example.org
and we'll get it posted right here for you.
If you have a specific need that is unspoken, we can post that here

At Grace Family Church Assembly of God, we have instituted a
Prayer Chain. This how it works. The person in need of prayer or
requesting prayer for someone else, will call the first person on the Prayer
Chain. Then they will pray together about the situation. Then the
first person on the Prayer Chain will call the second person on the Prayer Chain
and then they will pray together. Then the second person will call the
third and do the same and so on down the Prayer Chain.
person on the Prayer Chain is Jan Bergeron. She can be called at (207)
